When will I be charged?
Your first payment is due at checkout. Your future payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.
When can I expect my style box?
Your regular monthly box will ship by the 15th of each month. However, depending on when you sign up, your first box my ship right away or go out with the next months box. We do this to ensure you're not charged for two boxes too close together.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Please sign into your subscription account (the link is in the footer menu) and select 'cancel'. Just make sure to do so before your next payment is processed on the 1st of the month.
Can I switch my style box tier?
You sure can! Simply log into your customer portal (link is in the footer) and swap your subscription.
Can I skip a month or pause my account?
No problem! Please sign into your subscription account (the link is in the footer menu) and select the option to skip or pause your shipment(s). Just make sure to do so before your next payment is processed on the 1st of the month.
How do I change my style profile preferences (i.e size, add birthday month, etc)?

Are the items in the box refundable or exchangeable?
The items in your shipment are curated specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
