Full Refund for Eligible Items

We offer a full refund for items that meet our returns criteria. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if your purchase isn't quite what you expected, just follow our simple return process for a refund.

Return Terms

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated and in transit back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The date of delivery or in-person pickup marks the start of this period.
  • Return Request Process: You can manage your return easily here. Once you access your order, simply select the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are eligible for return.
  • Condition of Items: Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, complete with tags and in the same condition in which it was received. Used items, those with makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or odors such as smoke or perfume, will not be accepted for a return.
  • Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned in their original box or the provided bag, which should be placed inside an additional, protective shipping box or bag for the return to be accepted.

Shipping Options for Returns

During the self-service return process, you'll select your preferred return shipping method. The options are:

  • Self-Shipping: You may choose to ship your return using your own label.
  • Request a Label: If you prefer, we can provide a shipping label for you. In this case, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for a return due to their nature or if they were part of a special promotion. This includes:

    • Undergarments
    • Bath and Personal Care Items
    • Gift Cards
    • Mystery Box Items
    • Subscriptions Boxes
    • Final Sale Items

Handling of Non-Qualifying Returns

Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to you at your expense. We will hold non-returnable items for 30 days, after which they will be donated if unclaimed.

Lost Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
