We accept returns under the following terms:
Returns must be dropped off for shipment within seven (7) calendar days of customer receiving their purchase (i.e. package delivery date or in-person pickup date).
For your convenience, you may select to receive a full refund, store credit, or exchange when available. However, some items may be listed as 'final sale' as part of a promotion or due to the nature of the product.
Items must be unwashed and in the same condition it was received. The tags must also be attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, we will not be able to accept your return.
Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box or bag to be eligible.
Items not meeting the above guidelines can be returned to you at your expense. After 30 days all unclaimed, non-returnable merchandise will be donated.
