Full Refund for Eligible Items

We offer a full refund for items that meet our returns criteria. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if your purchase isn't quite what you expected, just follow our simple return process for a refund.

Return Terms

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The date of delivery or in-person pickup marks the start of this period.
  • Return Request Process: You can manage your return easily by logging into your account (located at the top right of your screen). Simply select the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are eligible for return.
  • Condition of Items: Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, complete with tags and in the same condition in which it was received. Used items, those with makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or odors such as smoke or perfume, will not be accepted for a return.
  • Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned in their original box or the provided bag, which should be placed inside an additional, protective shipping box or bag for the return to be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for a return due to their nature or if they were part of a special promotion. This includes:
    • Undergarments
    • Gift Card
    • Mystery Box Items
    • Subscription Boxes
    • Final Sale Items

Handling of Non-Qualifying Returns:

Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to you at your expense. We will hold non-returnable items for 30 days, after which they will be donated if unclaimed.

Lost Packages:
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
