Full Refund for Eligible Items

We offer a full refund for items that meet our return criteria. If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, just follow our easy return process, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Return Terms

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated and in transit back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The date of delivery or in-person pickup marks the start of this period.
  • Condition of Items: Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, complete with tags and in the same condition in which it was received. Used items, those with makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or odors such as smoke or perfume, will not be accepted for a return.
  • Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned in their original box or the provided bag, which should be placed inside an additional, protective shipping box or bag for the return to be accepted.

How to Submit a Return Request

It’s as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Log in to your account and find the order with the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. Select the item(s) and submit your return request.
  3. Keep an eye on your email for shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected your return. That’s it!

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund, we’ll credit back the return shipping cost to your account.

To request store credit:

  • Complete your return request through the return process as usual.
  • Be sure to leave a note in the "Notes" section of your return request, letting us know you’d like store credit instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for a return due to their nature or if they were part of a special promotion. This includes:

    • Undergarments
    • Bath and Personal Care Items
    • Gift Cards
    • Mystery Box Items
    • Subscription Boxes
    • Final Sale Items

Handling of Non-Qualifying Returns

Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to you at your expense. We will hold non-returnable items for 30 days, after which they will be donated if unclaimed.

Lost Packages

All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
