When will I be charged?
Your first payment is due at checkout. Your future payments will be processed on the 16th of each month.
When can I expect my monthly shipment?
Your goodies will typically ship by the 5th of each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Please sign into your customer account and go to manage subscription to cancel. Just make sure to do so before your next payment is processed on the 16th of the month.
Can I switch my subscription box tier?
You sure can! Simply log into your customer account and go to manage subscription. After that, select 'Edit' at the upper right of the screen to make the change. If you have any trouble, contact us!
Can I skip a month, if needed?
No problem! Please sign into your customer account and go to manage subscription to skip the next month. Just make sure to do so before your next payment is processed on the 16th of the month.
How do I change my style profile preferences such as size, etc.?

Please note: if we've already curated or ordered an upcoming style, the changes may apply to the following order or shipment.
Are the items in my monthly shipment refundable or exchangeable?
The items in your monthly shipment are curated specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. You'll likely find the goodies to be giftable making it a win-win for you and the recipient!
